Week 1 - Yamas, Standing Poses, Internal & External Rotation
Week 2 - Niyamas and Asana, Intro to Sun Salutations, Safe Stretching
Week 3 - Pranayama (breath), Seated Poses
Week 4 - Pratyahara (withdrawal of senses) and Dharana (concentration), Twists
Week 5 - Introduction to Vin Yin, Dhyana (meditation) and Samadhi (bliss)
Week 6 - Introduction to Chaturanga, Vinyasa flow for Beginners
